Please ensure you maintain your wood product as described in the information section.  Wood will move under different humidity or dryness conditions.  Wood being being a natural product can occasionally crack or splinter.  If your piece becomes damaged in any way, I will fix or replace it as long as it hasn't been submersed in water.  Proper maintenance, preferably with a wax based product, will minimize any chances of damage and will keep your wood looking new for years and years.
