I have been a geoscientist for over 35 years. Since childhood, woodworking has been a passion of mine and I always dreamed of a day when I could turn this passion into a business endeavor. Treasures Woodcraft is the realization of that dream. As an earth scientist it is no coincidence I take my inspiration from nature. To me wood is the perfect medium as not only is it an organic, natural material, but every single piece is unique, like a fingerprint. In my work I try to capture this "uniqueness" so that each piece is in and of itself a "TREASURE".
